The Scoopneck

I have sewing ADHD. As soon as a new pattern makes it's way into my hands, I have the sudden urge to drop everything I'm working on (no matter what stage it's in) and start working on the new design. That's what happened late last week - my new Jalie patterns arrived in the mail and I couldn't wait to start working on them. I only managed to trace off and sew the scoopneck top pattern (2806) and here's the results:

Overall, this pattern went together very quickly and was extremely easy to sew (I didn't even use my serger for this one since I didn't have enough aqua colored thread in my stash to thread my machine). The fit is right on target, too. I'm now thinking of sewing this one up again, but using a fun print and making it in the tulip sleeve style. I've posted a review on PR this morning - if you're interesting in reading more about this pattern, you can check it out here.
