Previews And Projects
Just another sneak peek at an upcoming Sewing Republic tutorial. Not only will this one have zippers, but a bit of piping too. Of course, my favorite part of this one is the fabrics - zebra and red have become my favorite combination. Speaking of the Sewing Republic, there's a new project up on the site - a toddler scarf (modeled
by the most adorable little boy)! No little ones your house to sew for? Don't worry, you can make one for yourself with this tutorial instead!
Now it's time to get busy in the sewing room. I headed out to Needle Nook yesterday and came home with a bag full of goodies (more on that tomorrow) to sort through, 2 more projects to finish, and an Office Swap to start! It looks like a busy week ahead - let's just hope Easton decides to nap this week.

I've picked up this Zebra print home dec fabric so many times and I've put it back, not know what I would do with it. Planning to go get some this week b/c I can't get it off my mind. So thanks for the inspiration! I'll be looking out for the tutorial.
I did however buy the cutest flannel that has diff animals on it and a zebra that I'm gonna put with a zebra print cotton and make some totes and hopefully a blanket.
