Who knew balloon art has come so far? I got this picture in an email, so I have no idea of it's original source, but in doing a search I've found an entire site devoted to Balloon Fashion.

Thanks for all the really fun links! I am fond of Valentine's Day and hearts and the happy color combos of red/pink/white so I will be downloading some of the crochet heart patterns.
(I tried a few times over some years to revive the old custom of making or buying and sending valentines to close friends and family but no one seemed to 'get it'. Christmas card burn-out? But I will be sending a *perfect* one to my sister, anyway. )

Cool! Thanks Stacy for sharing the link to my free Heart Yo Yo pattern and tutorial! That has been a popular little free pattern in the last year, and I'm glad a whole bunch of new folks are enjoying it, in part because of your delightful blog!
I'll be back to read more...and often!
Fondly,
