Last night, as I was attempting to review my latest pattern, our internet service went kaputt - again (we've figured that we have called the cable company 20 times since the beginning of the new year). Since I couldn't surf my favorite sites, I couldn't update this site, and I wasn't ready to start a new project yet, what was left to do? Why clean up my sewing area! Of course, I can't post pictures, not yet anyway. At this point in time, I'm forced to use a dial-up connection computer at my mom's house.

But I can talk about all the goodies that have come in the mail. My Wazoodle order came in on Wednesday. The RPL looks exactly as it does on the internet - I can't wait to use it (now to find the right pattern for it!), as well as my Jalie underwear pattern. My Fabric Mart order arrived yesterday - all 29 lbs. of it. I'm really pleased with everything I got, except for one print - it's just not me. I'll be posting pictures tomorrow pending internet service.

As for today - I suppose without the internet, I'll have to fabric shop and practice my basketball skills. Taylor has a kids against mom's game tonight at basketball practice. I'm sure that no amount of practice will help me as I am positive that us moms will get our butts served to us on a platter.
